Hello!
We have corrected homework, the exercises on pages 55-56 from the workbook. Then we have read the text on page 110 from the book to look for examples of modal verbs in the past, and we have done exercise 3 (put the events in order). After that, we have started lesson 11D. First, we have talked about shopping in general, and whether you prefer going shopping to the mall or to small shops. Then, we have done the listening + exercise 3. We have seen the difference between fit, suit and go with, and we have practice them by describing the picture and people's clothes. We have also done the Functional language exercise, to complete the dialogues in order to revise some useful expressions when you go shopping. We have checked the answers with the CD. Finally we have done a speaking activity, a role play about shopping, with a shop assistant, a customer and a friend.
Homework: Workbook p. 58, read the text and do exercises 1, 2, 3.
